Grease Guns with the UMETA TWIN-LOCK System
UMETA grease guns are precision tools for workshops, equipment and industrial maintenance. The range includes hand lever grease guns for cartridges or bulk grease and compact push-type grease guns for small lubrication points.
TWIN-LOCK system
The UMETA TWIN-LOCK system protects the gun against wear during continuous operation and helps prevent false lubrication, where grease appears to be delivered but does not reach the lubrication point.
EVER-FLOW system
Invented by UMETA, EVER-FLOW helps deliver viscous grease — including bio-grease — even at low temperatures.
Cartridge standards
UMETA TWIN-LOCK grease guns for 400 g cartridges follow DIN 1283 in design and dimensions and accept grease cartridges according to DIN 1284.
Push-type grease guns
Push-type models are suited for hydraulic, ball-type and flush-type grease nipples. Depending on the model, they are made of shock-resistant polyamide or zinc-plated steel; the type 30–34 push gun is the polyamide version.
